If they treated felons like this every day with the cane and no privacy and iron discipline they could make the sentences much shorter (three months instead of three years) The savings would be phenomenal. I believe it serves no useful purpose to keep prisoners locked up for years at a time, they could have the option to choose I suppose. I know it breaches every human right but all the better for naughty girls, like these. I'd offer to supervise for a very modest salary!
